How much does it cost to have a rhinoplasty?

The fee structure is straightforward with one fee for outpatient services (the consultations) and a separate fee for inpatient care (the rhinoplasty operation).

Consultations

A fee of £120 is charged for the first consultation with the surgeon. This is an outpatient consultation at one of the following hospitals:

• Spire Hospital Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield
• Spire Parkway Hospital, Solihull
• BMI Edgbaston Hospital, Birmingham
• Sutton Medical Consulting Centre, Sutton Coldfield

If subsequent consultations are needed prior to surgery then there is no additional fee for these.

Operation fees

Most patients opt to pay a package fee for their operation. This is a single fee charged by the hospital to cover your stay in the hospital, theatre fees, surgeon’s fees and anaesthetist’s fees. It usually covers at least one follow up consultation. Generally there is no fee should you need further follow up consultations within the first year.

The fee varies according to the hospital used and the specific procedures needed. The package fees range from approximately £3500 to £5000. No VAT is payable on medical procedures.

The hospital would expect you to settle the account in advance of your procedure.
